What payment methods do you accept?

We accept payments via bank transfer BCA (Hetty), Visa, Mastercard, Mandiri Virtual Account, BNI Virtual Account, Permata Bank Virtual Account, GoPay, OVO, and Akulaku.

How do I confirm my payment?

Click “Confirm Payment” on the confirmation page and fill in the required information.

What do I have to do if I’ve completed my payment but forgot to confirm over the time limit?

Please refer to our customer service through Instagram or WhatsApp.

Do you offer instant shipping?

We currently only ship with SiCepat and JNE Reguler.

Do you ship internationally?

For international shipping, please refer to our WhatsApp Customer Service.

Return & Exchange

1. Unboxing video is required for exchange or complain.
2. We DO NOT accept a complain or exchange request WITHOUT an unboxing video.
3. Exchange is valid for a maximum of 7 DAYS after you receive the items and should be returned in its original condition with hangtag and invoice.
4. Exchange is only for size and color. If the size and color you’re requesting is not available, your return cannot be processed as an exchange.
5. Customers are responsible for the shipping costs for exchange. We will process your items within 1-3 working days AFTER we receive the product from the customer.
6. We have the right to reject a return, exchange, or complain requests because of unclear unboxing video or if products received are not in its original state.
