Return & Exchange
- Unboxing video is required for exchange or complain.
- We DO NOT accept a complain or exchange request WITHOUT an unboxing video.
- Exchange is valid for a maximum of 7 DAYS after you receive the items and should be returned in its original condition with hangtag and invoice.
- Exchange is only for size and color. If the size and color you’re requesting is not available, your return cannot be processed as an exchange.
- Customers are responsible for the shipping costs for exchange. We will process your items within 1-3 working days AFTER we receive the product from the customer.
