Return & Exchange

1. Unboxing video is required for exchange or complain.
2. We DO NOT accept a complain or exchange request WITHOUT an unboxing video.
3. Exchange is valid for a maximum of 7 DAYS after you receive the items and should be returned in its original condition with hangtag and invoice.
4. Exchange is only for size and color. If the size and color you’re requesting is not available, your return cannot be processed as an exchange.
5. Customers are responsible for the shipping costs for exchange. We will process your items within 1-3 working days AFTER we receive the product from the customer.
6. We have the right to reject a return, exchange, or complain requests because of unclear unboxing video or if products received are not in its original state.
