Return & Exchange

Unboxing video is required for exchange or complain.
We DO NOT accept a complain or exchange request WITHOUT an unboxing video.
Exchange is valid for a maximum of 7 DAYS after you receive the items and should be returned in its original condition with hangtag and invoice.
